Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders to be processed within approximately two BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following business day.


1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

2. We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks! If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to you.

3. We do not accept payment in form of cash.

Sales Tax

All orders delivered to California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Billing Terms & Conditions

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be rejected.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

Shipping and Handling Charges

All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping method..

Orders usually take 24 hours for processing

1. Next Day (1 business days for delivery)

2. 2nd Day (2 business days for delivery)

3. Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days for delivery)

4. USPS Priority Mail (for APO, FPO, VI, GU address)

5. Free Standard Shipping (5 to 14 business days for delivery to US 48 continental states)

International Order Policy

We are not able to provide International Orders with tax and duty charge if occurred.

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:

1. The customer refuses to accept the package

2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

Return Policy

While we take pride in every SOS Novelties product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Please request return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at:

After customers get the RMA number, please marked the RMA number outside of the packages. Any package without RMA # will be refused.

Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The only exception to this are returns made to a store that were purchased online through PayPal or Bill Me Later®. These returns must be refunded via a gift card or store credit. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to along with your online gift receipt. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online.
